  • His experience includes working in both ASX Listed and Private Equity owned companies.

  • Conrad is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and joined the board of Temple & Webster upon the company’s formation in July 2011. Conrad was Chairman of Temple & Webster until immediately prior to the Offer.
  • Conrad has over 20 years commercial and advisory experience with a focus on investing in, acquiring and building high growth businesses in the consumer and technology sectors.
  • Conrad was previously Director of Corporate Development with the digital division of Newscorp Australia (formerly News Digital Media), co-founder and Director of a London based mobile technology company, a manager at Arthur Andersen and is currently a principal of ArdenPoint, an investment firm which he co-founded with Mark Coulter in 2011.
  • Conrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
  • Conrad is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Mark is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and has been involved as an advisor to the Group since its inception.
  • Previously Mark worked at News Limited where he was Director of Strategy for the Digital Media properties, and managed a portfolio of businesses including Moshtix, the digital ticketing company. Mark was also a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
  • Mark co-founded the National Online Retailers Association, and is a co-founder of ParcelPoint/Fluent Retail, a logistics and technology company servicing many of Australia's largest online and omni-channel retailers.
  • Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Sydney.

  • Adam is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and has been with Temple & Webster since its formation in July 2011.
  • As Group Customer Experience Officer and Executive GM Temple & Webster Adam is responsible for leading the brand-driven customer experience across the Group.
  • Adam has over 15 years of experience in senior digital product development roles. Prior to co-founding Temple & Webster Adam was a Product Director at News Limited. Adam was the creator of Taste.com.au, one of Australia's most successful lifestyle websites. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of Newcastle.

  • Mark joined Temple & Webster Group as Chief Financial Officer in April 2016.
  • Mark is an experienced CFO/COO of both public and private enterprises with a multitude of industry experience including e-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, and IT services.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster Group, Mark was CFO of the DealsDirect Group where he led business transformation programs enabling the ASX listing of the DealsDirect Group (ASX:MNZ). Post listing, Mark led a successful M&A program including the acquisition and integration of pure play online retailer TopBuy Australia and a merger with the Grays Online Group, transforming the group in becoming Australia's largest listed e-commerce group (ASX:GEG).
  • Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

  • Prior to joining the Group Michael held the roles of Vice President, Managing Director and Technology & Operations Manager of Wayfair Australia, and prior to that he held several roles at Wotif Group.
  • Michael holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and and Masters of Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.

Peter Neal

  • Peter joined Temple & Webster in 2012 and has overseen all distribution during the companies growth, and managed operational and technical changes across its varying distribution models.
  • Peter is a logistics, operations and warehouse specialist with over 20 years experience, including 12+ years specifically within eCommerce.
  • Peter spent 10 years in the UK managing both traditional distribution and eCommerce solutions, before returning to Australia to work exclusively within eCommerce.
  • Peter has previously held positions with Grays Online, London Ambulance Service (UK), Sit-Up Channels (UK) (former Virgin Media Company), and Repco Auto Parts.
  • His experience includes success with implementation of projects including: WMS/Inventory Systems, Voice Picking and Automation, Warehouse Relocation and 3PL Tenders, and has close relationships with major transport and distribution vendors.
  • Peter currently heads teams in Sydney and Manilla responsible for managing circa 400 distribution points across Australia, as well as direct import operations into a major Melbourne distribution centre.

  • Dean joined the Temple & Webster Group as Executive General Manager of Milan Direct at the time of the Milan Direct acquisition.
  • Dean is responsible for the day to day running of the Milan Direct brand and growth initiatives.
  • Dean founded Milan Direct in 2006 at the age of 24. He has deep experience in the Australian furniture and retail industries.
  • Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Management from Monash University.

  • Susie joined Temple & Webster Group as Chief Commercial Officer in March 2016, and was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in April 2018.
  • Susie is experienced working in offline and online retail across Australia and Southeast Asia and is a specialist in digital marketing and merchandising for online retailers.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster Group, Susie led a number of eCommerce and marketing businesses in Indonesia, including as co-founder of Lazada Indonesia, Indonesia's biggest e-commerce site (acquired by Alibaba in 2016) and Paraplou.com, a leading online fashion retailer, and in retail at the Boston Consulting Group in Melbourne and Jakarta. Susie was the first foreign entrepreneur selected for Endeavor Indonesia and she has been recognised by Advance Australia as a young leader in technology.
  • Susie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.

  • Lucy joined the Temple & Webster Group as Head of Trade & Commercial in 2016.
  • Lucy has over 15 years of experience in Senior Management roles within the Australian design and retail industries.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster, Lucy was the General Manager of ISCD (International School of Colour & Design) and also the Managing Consultant of Colourways- an Australian led Trend Forecasting program for the Australian Design Industry.
  • Lucy has held senior roles in PR/Marketing for Porter’s Paints and Wattyl as well as consulting to a number of leading Australian brands on colour, trend and consumers communication.
  • Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Diploma Of Business (Communications) from Massey University NZ.
