  • Mark is Executive Chair and a co-founder of Temple & Webster, Australia's largest online retailer for the home. Prior to his appointment as Executive Chair in July 2026, Mark was Managing Director and CEO for 10 years.
  • Mark previously worked at News Limited where he was the Director of Strategy for the Digital Media properties and additionally managed a portfolio of digital businesses.
  • Mark was also a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
  • Mark holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University.

  • Stephen is a specialist in consumer goods brand management with over 25 years of manufacturing/wholesale distribution and retail experience.
  • Prior to his appointment as Lead Independent Director in July 2026, Stephen was Chair of the Board of Temple & Webster for 10 years
  • Stephen spent 16 years as CEO of some of Australia’s best-known consumer brands that include Rebel Sport, Godfrey’s and Fantastic Holdings with operations experience in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
  • Stephen’s experience includes working for both ASX listed and Private Equity owned companies.
  • Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Technology Committee

  • Conrad is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and joined the Board on its formation in July 2011. Conrad was Chairperson of the Company until immediately prior to the IPO.
  • Conrad has over 25 years’ commercial and advisory experience with a focus on investing in, acquiring and building high growth businesses in the consumer and technology sectors.
  • Conrad was previously Director of Corporate Development within the digital division of Newscorp Australia (formerly News Digital Media), co-founder and Director of a London-based mobile technology company, a manager at Arthur Andersen and is a principal of ArdenPoint, an investment firm which he co-founded with Mark Coulter, the CEO of Temple & Webster Group Ltd, in 2011.
  • Conrad is a co-founder and current partner of AS1 Growth Partners, a private investment firm focused on growth and technology investments in public and private markets.
  • Conrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge.
  • Conrad is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

  • Belinda is a very experienced business leader and successful marketing executive.
  • Belinda’s extensive professional experience lies in marketing communications, content, media and digital marketing technologies.
  • Belinda led media and marketing communications businesses for Zenith and Publicis Media globally, based in the UK, and held many senior roles in the marketing industry, including at Telefonica O2 in the UK (now Virgin Media O2) leading Brand and Marketing Communications.
  • Belinda was also Executive Director of Mojo Australia, CEO of ZenithOptimedia Australia and New Zealand and former Chair of the Advertising Council Australia (previously Advertising Federation of Australia).
  • Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is an AFA (‘Advertising Federation Australia’) Graduate
  • Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee

  • Melinda joined the Group in June 2023 and has extensive experience in legal and professional corporate advisory roles, as well as on listed Boards in technology, retailing, property and funds management.
  • She has 29 years of experience in finance and has been a professional Non-executive Director since 2010 in a broad range of industries.
  • Prior to her non-executive career, Melinda held investment banking roles with Grant Samuel, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs and was a solicitor in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills.
  • Melinda holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA).
  • Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of FINSIA.

Independent Non-Executive Director

  • Michael joined the Group in October 2025 and brings significant experience across the technology and consumer sectors, including founding and scaling businesses domestically and internationally
  • He founded iiNet in 1993, establishing Western Australia's first internet service provider which was later listed on the ASX. He led the company as its CEO from founding until 2014, growing the business to employ over 3,000 people and generating over $1bn in annual revenue
  • Michael is currently a Director of Healthengine and Jumbo Interactive, and has served on the WA State Education Advisory Board, the Commonwealth Consumer Affairs Advisory Council and the ASIC Governance Advisory Board
  • Michael was also named Entrepreneur of the Year for Australia in 2012, received the Charles Todd Medal, and was named Communications Ambassador of the Year. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the ACS and the Australian Institute of Management

  • Susie joined Temple & Webster as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026
  • Susie's appointment as CEO marked a return to Temple & Webster, where she worked from 2016 to 2020 across multiple roles, including as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. During this time, Susie had responsibilities across product management, merchandising and go-to-market
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster as CEO, Susie was a Managing Director at Genesis Capital with a focus on M&A and operational support for portfolio companies in the health care sector. She was also CEO and Managing Director at Love To Dream, a private equity backed sleepwear brand, from 2020 - 2023
  • Susie also co-founded two eCommerce businesses in Indonesia, Paraplou and Lazada.com, and was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group across Australia and South East Asia
  • Susie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Diploma of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Melbourne

  • Adam is the CXO and co-founder of Temple & Webster.
  • As Chief Experience Officer, Adam is responsible for the end to end customer experience. He is the executive lead across our experimentation, generative AI, site merchandising and technical product management functions. He has previously led customer care, creative and marketing functions.
  • Adam has over 25 years of experience in senior digital product development roles across e-commerce and media. Prior to co-founding Temple & Webster, Adam was a Product Director at News Digital Media. He was the creator of Taste.com.au, one of Australia's most successful lifestyle websites. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of Newcastle.

  • Cameron joined Temple & Webster as Chief Financial Officer in September 2024
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster, Cameron was an Executive Director within the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he spent over 16 years in both Sydney and New York. His most recent role at Morgan Stanley was to lead coverage of technology and e-commerce companies in Australia
  • Cameron brings considerable financial services experience to Temple & Webster, having advised both public and private companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raisings, capital management and broader strategic projects
  • Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of New South Wales, and was the recipient of the University Medal in Commerce (Accounting)

  • Prior to joining the Group Michael held the roles of Vice President, Managing Director and Technology & Operations Manager of Wayfair Australia, and prior to that he held several roles at Wotif Group.
  • Michael holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and and Masters of Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.

  • Christie joined Temple and Webster in October 2015.
  • She has extensive experience in HR and people & culture related roles gained from private and public organisations across print media, digital media, finance, agriculture and ecommerce
  • After leading the People & Culture team at T&W for over 8 years, Christie has recently moved into the role of Chief of Staff
  • Christie is passionate about helping organisations become more successful through leadership development and coaching and is also leading our DEI, charity and philanthropy initiatives

  • Kate joined Temple & Webster in 2015 as Head of Buying, spearheading the management of our supplier base and category teams along with the development and sourcing of Temple & Webster's private label ranges.
  • With a 30-year career including senior positions at leading Australian furniture and homeware retailers like Big W and Freedom Furniture, Kate’s influence on our sourcing, product development and category teams is invaluable.
  • Kate’s relationships with factories throughout Asia, her excellent understanding of product development and manufacturing, and her sourcing prowess have enriched Temple & Webster’s product offerings.
  • Responsible for Merchandise Planning, Buying, and Category Management, including Home Improvement, Kate’s strategic direction ensures our range resonates with customers, upholding our commitment to quality and value.

  • Tim joined Temple & Webster Group in 2021 and leads our Supply Chain function, the Business to Business division and new growth initiatives.
  • He is a professional with over 15 years experience in a variety of roles improving end-to-end supply chains throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster Group, Tim worked as a management consultant for 5 years, leading transformational change across a range of geographies and industries such as Retail, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Building Products & Industrial, E-commerce, Government & Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Fast Fashion and Medical. Before consulting he was with Procter & Gamble for 5 years in a number of supply chain operational roles.
  • Tim holds a Master’s Degree of Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) as well as a Bachelor Degree of Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

  • Tomas joined Temple & Webster in December 2020 and leads Group Strategy, Data & Analytics, AI and People & Culture.
  • Before joining Temple & Webster, Tomas held a variety of roles across the tech industry including Strategy, Product Management (Digital), Growth and Analytics.
  • Prior to that, Tomas was a management consultant at Bain & Company.
  • Tomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and City, University of London.

  • Leigh joined Temple & Webster as Chief Marketing and Brand Officer in October 2025.
  • She brings over 25 years experience in marketing, brand and creative leadership across the retail, FMCG, QSR, financial services and aviation sector. Prior to joining, Leigh was Head of Marketing Media at Westpac, and was a Managing Partner at Ogilvy.
  • Known for creatively-driven brand building with commercial rigour, and has a proven track record in leading large creative, media and content teams to improve effectiveness, speed-to-market, cost efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Passionate about distinctive brand assets and creative craft, from strategy and positioning through to execution across TV, out-of-home, digital, audio, social and sponsorships.
  • Leigh holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the University of Central Queensland.
