  • Stephen’s experience includes working for both ASX listed and Private Equity owned companies.

  • Conrad is a co-founder of Temple & Webster and joined the Board on its formation in July 2011. Conrad was Chairperson of the Company until immediately prior to the IPO.
  • Conrad has over 25 years’ commercial and advisory experience with a focus on investing in, acquiring and building high growth businesses in the consumer and technology sectors.
  • Conrad was previously Director of Corporate Development within the digital division of Newscorp Australia (formerly News Digital Media), co-founder and Director of a London-based mobile technology company, a manager at Arthur Andersen and is a principal of ArdenPoint, an investment firm which he co-founded with Mark Coulter, the CEO of Temple & Webster Group Ltd, in 2011.
  • Conrad is a co-founder and current partner of AS1 Growth Partners, a private investment firm focused on growth and technology investments in public and private markets.
  • Conrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge.
  • Conrad is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Mark is the CEO and co-founder of Temple & Webster, Australia’s largest online retailer for the home.
  • Mark previously worked at News Limited where he was the Director of Strategy for the Digital Media properties and additionally managed a portfolio of digital businesses.
  • Mark was also a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin and management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
  • Mark holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Monash University.

  • Belinda is a very experienced business leader and successful marketing executive.
  • Belinda’s extensive professional experience lies in marketing communications, content, media and digital marketing technologies.
  • Belinda led media and marketing communications businesses for Zenith and Publicis Media globally, based in the UK, and held many senior roles in the marketing industry, including at Telefonica O2 in the UK (now Virgin Media O2) leading Brand and Marketing Communications.
  • Belinda was also Executive Director of Mojo Australia, CEO of ZenithOptimedia Australia and New Zealand and former Chair of the Advertising Council Australia (previously Advertising Federation of Australia).
  • Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is an AFA (‘Advertising Federation Australia’) Graduate
  • Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Melinda joined the Group in June 2023 and has extensive experience in legal and professional corporate advisory roles, as well as on listed Boards in technology, retailing, property and funds management.
  • She has 29 years of experience in finance and has been a professional Non-executive Director since 2010 in a broad range of industries.
  • Prior to her non-executive career, Melinda held investment banking roles with Grant Samuel, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs and was a solicitor in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills.
  • Melinda holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA).
  • Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of FINSIA.

  • As Group Customer Experience Officer and Executive GM Temple & Webster Adam is responsible for leading the brand-driven customer experience across the Group.
  • Adam has over 15 years of experience in senior digital product development roles. Prior to co-founding Temple & Webster Adam was a Product Director at News Limited. Adam was the creator of Taste.com.au, one of Australia's most successful lifestyle websites. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of Newcastle.

  • Cameron joined Temple & Webster as Chief Financial Officer in September 2024
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster, Cameron was an Executive Director within the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he spent over 16 years in both Sydney and New York. His most recent role at Morgan Stanley was to lead coverage of technology and e-commerce companies in Australia
  • Cameron brings considerable financial services experience to Temple & Webster, having advised both public and private companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raisings, capital management and broader strategic projects
  • Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of New South Wales, and was the recipient of the University Medal in Commerce (Accounting)

  • Michael holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and and Masters of Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.

  • Lucy joined the Temple & Webster Group as Head of Trade & Commercial in 2016.
  • Lucy has over 15 years of experience in Senior Management roles within the Australian design and retail industries.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster, Lucy was the General Manager of ISCD (International School of Colour & Design) and also the Managing Consultant of Colourways- an Australian led Trend Forecasting program for the Australian Design Industry.
  • Lucy has held senior roles in PR/Marketing for Porter’s Paints and Wattyl as well as consulting to a number of leading Australian brands on colour, trend and consumers communication.
  • Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Diploma Of Business (Communications) from Massey University NZ.

  • Kate joined Temple & Webster in 2015 as Head of Buying, spearheading the management of our supplier base and category teams along with the development and sourcing of Temple & Webster's private label ranges.
  • With a 30-year career including senior positions at leading Australian furniture and homeware retailers like Big W and Freedom Furniture, Kate’s influence on our sourcing, product development and category teams is invaluable.
  • Kate’s relationships with factories throughout Asia, her excellent understanding of product development and manufacturing, and her sourcing prowess have enriched Temple & Webster’s product offerings.
  • Responsible for Merchandise Planning, Buying, and Category Management, including Home Improvement, Kate’s strategic direction ensures our range resonates with customers, upholding our commitment to quality and value.

  • Tim joined Temple & Webster Group in 2021 and leads our Supply Chain function, the Business to Business division and new growth initiatives.
  • He is a professional with over 15 years experience in a variety of roles improving end-to-end supply chains throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Prior to joining Temple & Webster Group, Tim worked as a management consultant for 5 years, leading transformational change across a range of geographies and industries such as Retail, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Building Products & Industrial, E-commerce, Government & Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Fast Fashion and Medical. Before consulting he was with Procter & Gamble for 5 years in a number of supply chain operational roles.
  • Tim holds a Master’s Degree of Strategic Supply Chain Management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) as well as a Bachelor Degree of Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

  • Joana Barros joined Temple & Webster as Chief Marketing Officer in June 2023.
  • Prior to joining she held global and regional marketing roles in both blue-chip and scale up organisations in London, Sydney and Hong Kong.
  • Joana's 20 year career spans across travel, technology, e-commerce, entertainment, media, telecommunications and personalised products.
  • She has previously spearheaded the growth of brands in the innovative online travel space, including Expedia and Orbitz.
  • Industry recognised, she has been a judge at the Effie Awards and the B&T Awards, and was identified as a rising star in AdNews’ “Top 40 Under 40”.
  • Joana holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney.

  • Before joining Temple & Webster, Tomas held a variety of roles across the tech industry including Strategy, Product Management (Digital), Growth and Analytics.
  • Prior to that, Tomas was a management consultant at Bain & Company.
  • Tomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and City, University of London.
